The Access screen allows you to login and recover your password for Online Payment Channel.
About Online Payment Channel's login.
- • If you never operated with Online Payment Channel before, you must request your user identification to your designated company Administrator.
- • If you are the Administrator, you need to register to obtain your user identification, following the instructions that you have received through email.
- • If you are already an Online Payment Channel user, you must enter your user identification.
Have you forgotten your password?
The following steps need to be followed in order to recover your password:
1. Fill in the Country, Tax Id and User Id fields.
2. Click on the Forgot Password link.
3. Enter the challenge responses from your registration and click Submit.
4. A new set of pin codes will be sent to the email address defined for the admin of the company.
5. Login using the set of pin codes as your password.
6. You will be prompted with a screen that will let you set and confirm the new password.
7. You can now login to Online Payment Channel.
